The role

Airtame is seeking a Database Engineer for the business systems team. In the upcoming months the Business Systems team will be building the foundation and future of Airtame. We are building a data-driven company from its core outwards and want to make the way we use data propel us to new heights. Our goal is to use the latest tools in the smartest way and turn data into a strategic advantage. You can be part of this great journey and help build something truly powerful. This team is primarily responsible for data integrations across tools relevant to the core operations of Airtame including sales, marketing, support, logistics and customer success and product. Our ideal candidate is a technical specialist in the field of database design and administration.

Responsibilities

• ETL architecture
• Improve and maintain overnight batch architecture
• Real time warehousing
• Physical infrastructure management
• Ensure data storage regulatory compliance
• Building the future of business systems at Airtame

Requirements

• Strong experience in SQL, Python, Scripting
• Strong familiarity with MySQL & PostgreSQL databases storage, management, architecture and design
• Familiarity with AWS environment
• Project management skills
• Excellent English communication skills
