The role

Airtame is seeking a talented junior operations specialist to join the commercial systems and operations teams. This team is primarily responsible for data integrations across tools relevant to the core operations of Airtame including sales, marketing, support, logistics, customer success and product. Our ideal candidate is a technical generalist and is familiar with tools such as Zapier and Segment.com.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and maintain current integrations
• Handling ad-hoc integration requests
• Find creative ways of optimizing our current integrations & tools
• Align with relevant business needs and implement various features

Requirements

• Interest in APIs, data flows & Zapier
• Experience in JavaScript
• Experience in Marketing & Sales processes is beneficial
• Self-driven & organized
• Excellent English communication skills

Bonus points

• You have an educational background in IT
• Experience in Intercom, E-commerce platforms, CRMs and Slack bots
