We're looking for a proven Design Lead to create world class user experiences empowering the 500,000+ football players, coaches and clubs on Tonsser to unlock their potential - and be a cornerstone in growing our app and community to millions.

This might be something for you if you are a holistic product designer obsessed with building intelligent products that amazes and motivates people. As Design Lead you will be part of every stage of the design lifecycle; from owning the brand bible to making sure that any teenage football player opening our app will fall in love with the product and stay in love.

Your team mates? Well, Tonsser is a group of 30 full time passionate product and football people, restlessly grinding to democratize football and make better foundations for the ecosystem to be successful. You will work with UX researchers, product analysts, engineers and product managers to create UX magic and will be part of an overall amazing team working to touch the lives of hundreds of thousand football players.

What you'll be doing:

· Lead the design and UX output by example

· Design simple and intuitive product experiences for Tonsser users

· Work closely with designers, engineers and the rest of the product team to build new user experiences from concept to release

· Be able to identify and understand data analysis and user research to improve the existing user experience.

· Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications

· Create and maintain wireframes, mockups, flowcharts and specifications as needed   

· Communicate scenarios, end-to-end experiences, interaction and flows to stakeholders
