Want to be a growth leader with a front row seat? We are looking for a Head of Growth, a creative individual who is driving and developing our customer acquisition, conversion and retention machinery. You will be working closely with our product team to define and develop further the Duuers experience helping it to become a user-centric growth machine. As a growth leader, you establish and lead experiments that drive growth, such as finding the best channels to acquire new customers, improving the way we can better retain the existing customers, or getting more users to upgrade from a free version of our product to a premium version. You are familiar with improving conversion rates, using traditional and modern marketing channels, scaling, copywriting, running experiments and prioritization. You maintain constant dialog with our customers. You are keen on user’s behaviors and understand their needs. You love interacting with customers.

You are comfortable on running lean and not scared of pivoting. You will be one of the Duuers. You will have a great opportunity to grow together with us. There is no typical day, so you need to be self-motivated, willing to take the challenge and enjoy the startup journey!
