Linkfire is looking for a Financial Accountant responsible for the books and records of the full Linkfire Group, including the Danish group entity as well as its three subsidiaries (New York, Hamburg, Los Angeles). Additionally, you will work closely with the CFO on Linkfire's management of financial matters, work on enhancing group controlling and be the hands-on executer.

The Role:

Your main challenge will be to maintain financial control of our fast-growing business.

This requires a constant need for development and implementation of efficient processes and standards for accounting, tracking and reporting. The objective is to liberate the financial resources to be proactive players in the development of the business, based on KPIs, analysis and benchmarking.

Linkfire continuously works on automation and integrations, thus touching base on several software platforms that assist in adding value to our business setup.

You will be responsible for linking SaaS Subscription metrics from Sales with cost-center measures from Accounting, to create a holistic and precise overview of the financial situation of the whole company.

We are looking for an experienced, tech-savvy and highly driven number-juggler whose backbone is financial. You must be able to work under time pressure and assist the CFO in delivering an accurate outcome that stands up successfully to management and investors.

You feel comfortable in a constantly changing environment and thrive in driving change yourself as well as getting your hands dirty in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform monthly, quarterly and yearly financial closing with the necessary consolidation and reporting for the entire group, as well as ensuring such books being correctly presented and reconciled
• Keep the management up-to-date on all financial matters
• Assist in performing and controlling budgets and forecasts
• Perform relevant analysis and statistical work
• Ensure professional management of efficient accounting as well as coaching and coordination with your colleagues, company-wide.
• Enhance development, optimisation and implementation of processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and internal controls.
• Assist in handling Governance & Legal matters
• Process contractual tasks representing the company

Abilities and Skills:

• Strong financial background preferably with a University degree from a business school
• Min. 3 years experience preferably in the “Big Four”, in financial consulting or from similar positions
• In-depth knowledge of the Danish Finance, Tax and State-system is a pre-requisite
• Advanced Excel skills and keen on supplementing with reporting software solutions
• An eye for detail with keeping the ability to see the bigger picture
• A structured, thorough approach to assignments and deliverables
• Exceptional communication skills in the English language.
