To help continue fuel our growth, we are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a portfolio that demonstrates mastery in all aspects of visual communication, digital, and graphic design to expand our newly formed Marketing team. The team leverages industry knowledge and insights in order to apply the most impactful B2B marketing strategies and tactics that support the company’s mission and business objectives. This role will report directly to the CEO and CFO of NordicWatts ApS.

Create digital and print designs (e.g. graphics, presentations, collateral, infographics, displays, exhibits) that are in line with brand guidelines
Collaborate and cooperate with our team in order to share ideas and execute multiple projects/tasks
Design landing pages, newsletter, and promotional items, as needed
Develop and maintain templates for all assets
Manage online digital asset library; ensuring content is up-to-date and organised
Assist with the planning and execution of photoshoots and video productions, e.g. video editing

Able to prioritise workload based on business needs and objectives
Experience communicating with print vendors and other production resources, e.g. exhibitor/conference organizers
Loves to work in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment
Good problem-solver and leverages all available resources
Keeps a finger on the pulse of website and graphic design trends
Requirements:
Ideally he/she has a background in promotional B2B design and brand design
Will have a strong understanding of graphic design as well as a good basic understanding of industrial design
Great sketching skills and idea development techniques to create and communicate concepts
Skilful use of Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Skilful use of Microsoft Office
Qualifications:
BA or MA students in Graphics, Packaging or Visual Communication Design etc.
