By extracting, analysing and visualising useful data and insights in voice conversations, we help the enterprise to understand customer needs, spot trends and enable process automation.


Voxo is looking for a Head of Sales with a strong passion for sales who make things happen and always keep thinking bigger. 

We are based in central Stockholm and have a global mindset towards our product and market, meaning your work will span all the larger international markets from day one. 


What you will work with

Boosting our growth in our core market segment
s

Continuously research and trial market entry into new strategic market segments

Drive new customer acquisition from lead to successful implementation

Scaling our sales processes and growing our sales organisation

Provide strategic input for business development, product development and marketing from a sales perspective


Who we are looking for


 +3 years of experience in B2B sales within technology/software sales or management consulting

Passionate about understanding customer needs, challenges and opportunities

Ability to distill and communicate simple and relevant value propositions of high-tech solutions

Comfortable taking responsibility for reaching success while learning rapidly from every failure to get there

Ability to drive and scale the whole sales cycle from lead generation and closing deals to account and customer development

Fully fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages is meriting)
