We are looking for curious designers, who want to create solutions with the interface of the future - conversations. You will create AI-based experiences for clients using human language as your tool, i.e. text, voice and occasionally computer vision-based interactions. BotSupply is an AI startup with a mix of creatives, developers and AI scientist, who combine NLP technology, the first real CMS for bots and shared efforts to create AI- and bot solutions for clients all over Europe.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing concepts & prototypes for conversational bot solutions, i.e. working in the intersection of creativity and AI.
- Helping out with end-to-end design work, i.e. design research, prototyping, testing workshop planning/execution, communication with developers etc.
- Help creating and running workshops with both clients, stakeholders and potential users
- Planning of- and communicating clearly about processes, design strategies, research findings- and visions as well as the mediation of prototypes/concepts.
- Comfortably sit in the midst of stakeholders, i.e. working closely with Project Leads, project managers, developers, client stakeholders and end users
- Ad hoc help with coordination in projects
YOUR PROFILE
- You are knowledgeable and (more importantly) passionate about design processes and excited to work with conversational interfaces and AI.
- You are curious about what "Conversational Design" means, and how you can use your design knowledge in this growing area - it's a BIG plus if you are eager to both get your hands dirty in this field, and also if you're into more techie- and data-driven design angles.
- You love to learn new things - every day!
- You might have an interest in- or have worked with UX design, interaction design, copywriting, concept development, HCI & user-centered design
- You are able to express yourself fluently in Danish and English (Read: Danish is a must)
- You are ready to embrace the challenges of working in a start-up, maintaining both an proactive work ethic and the ability to be a team player
- Creative problem solver by nature - always eager to fix whatever comes up, and drive processes forward
- You can throw together the odd illustration in Sketch or similar (for ad hoc tasks)
PRACTICALITIES & DEADLINE
The role is intended to be for a part-time/student. A part-time arrangement will be negotiated with your needs and schedule. Start is the coming semester (start/finish dates can be negotiated). Please specify in your application if you're interested in a different setup!
