We are looking for a business developer with lots of energy who can contribute in the field of customer success. We are currently growing the company to countries worldwide and we are working on innovative ways to deliver the worlds best customer service.
You will be working closely together with the management team in first understanding our customers, the competitive landscape and the product. We will analytically be studying the product together in order to understand what features our customers use, what risks that can happen technically and how we can be proactive in giving our customers the answers before they contact us.
We are automating customer success and for that we will be building an online Helpdesk and QA across our range of products.
