JOB DESCRIPTION

When it comes to programming, you are Neo, Gandalf and Yoda at that time, and almighty is your middle name. You troubleshoot the weirdest bugs with extra-terrestrial talent. Fearless, you could learn a new framework overnight or even develop new features into an old Joomla version! Being one of the best, you still share a great amount of trust and guidance to your many padawans, not shy of cracking a few jokes every now and then.

MISSIONS

You will be responsible for a team of developers within your specialization, writing technical documentation, conducting code reviews and guiding your team members in the right direction. You will devote a fair amount of time on R&D and come up with more efficient solutions and processes for your team. You must have an in depth knowledge of programming and experience in with a web agency is a plus.

PRIMARY SKILLS

  • Any Software/Engineering Degree or Equivalent
  • 2-5 years experience in client-side and server-side web technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of: JavaScript, AngularJS, Angular 4, NodeJS, SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB

SECONDARY SKILLS 

  • Experience in a digital or web agency
  • Already managed a technical team successfully
  • Excellent English communication
  • Take initiative to train people in your own skill set
