In order to help companies avoid taking too much risk when trading with other companies, we want the best automated credit scoring model on the market. That's our goal and we offer a position with a lot of freedom to define your own tasks as long as they are aligned with that goal.

We believe the optimal route to success is identifying and analysing value from new data sources as well as implementing more efficient and sophisticated statistics into our models. That's where you come in!

We work in a very agile manner where priorities can change on a weekly basis. Test and learn is a core principle thus we aim to rather have something 80% done but ready for test within weeks rather than something 99% ready for implementation if it takes months.

Building this type of models takes some degree of business understanding. It's not the deciding factor but if you have that or are willing to learn then it's definitely a plus. To begin with you will mainly be working with me (Timm Jeppesen, CEO) and my partner (who has the accounting expertise) but as soon as upgrades to the model are ready to be implemented you will be in charge of the handover to our back-end programmer (C#). You will also have the chance to attend all relevant meetings, e.g. meetings with new data suppliers.

As a start-up we are constantly fine-tuning our business model and we are currently working on some very interesting partnerships. In this regard it is again crucial that our models are performing.

As mentioned we need to add new data sources and significantly improve the current statistical framework of our models. Later we would like you to explore the applicability of introducing machine learning algorithms. In short we need your help to:

• Develop and implement statistics in our current credit models (no back-end coding skills required)
• Build and implement new models and algorithms
• Analyse data and perform statistical modelling in SAS, R or similar
• Identify, analyse and extract value from current as well as new data sources
