Justt is the largest purchasing community serving businesses. We are experts in negotiating the best prices and terms for all purchases, ranging from office supplies and fuel to insurance products and electricity supply agreements. Every day, we free up valuable time to thousands of our members to manage their business because we save them the time, money and effort they would otherwise need to spend on everyday administrative purchases.

Through our online purchasing portal my.justt.com, our members have easy access to purchase from our many suppliers and a unique overview of their historical purchases. Our business model is highly scalable and our market scope is international.

Your role

As Product Owner you drive the vision for our platform by collecting input from key stakeholders. You are in direct contact with our scrum team and communicates the vision directly to them. You are responsible for the platform features from the early concepts to it is finally delivered to production while engaging daily with various key stakeholders such as marketing, operations, finance, and technology, to ensure that business-, functional- and non-functional goals are met with each platform release. You are the key driver for decision making on priorities and features while making sure that all stakeholders are aligned throughout the development lifecycle. Our development center is located in Gdansk, so we expect that you will have about 10-20 travel days per year.

Your background

  • Masters degree in IT/Computer Science or similar
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience with software development
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Product Owner in an agile/scrum environment
  • Proven track-record in delivering digital services that hits the mark
  • Expert in Agile methodologies
  • Experience with a wide range of tools like Jira, Trello, Github among others

  • Induce a mindset of continuous improvements
  • Communicate the platform vision and goals internally as well as externally
  • Provide specifications for our digital platform with input from relevant stakeholders
  • Ensure a groomed and prioritized backlog including clearly defined acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with the scrum team to ensure our business goals are understood
  • Be the first level of escalation for any impediments encountered by the development team
  • Continuously fine-tune our agile processes to ensure effectiveness and happiness
  • Cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders from all areas in Justt

  • Excellent communicator in written and spoken English
  • Comfortable with working in teams based in multiple locations
  • Proactive – raises issues of concerns, provide impact analysis, suggests improvements
  • Structured approach with the devil in the details
