• have a lot of experience with setting, securing and running servers
• are a wizard with PHP and MySQL
• knows what's hot with frameworks and ORMs, e.g. Laravel, ActiveRecord and Slim
• have a great experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• are a codeshark that cannot stop nerding around
  
• have the desire to take responsibility and work independently 
• deliver on time and own up to agreements
• consider Google your friend and is used to finding answers on your own
• is interested in developing your competencies further
• thrive in a young and dynamic team
