Actimo - “Internal Communication. Onboarding. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing content for blog posts, blogger exchanges, sales presentations, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, and editing of additional content created in-house.
• Development of case studies and management of content resulting from interviews with new and existing clients
• Updating and overall management of a content calendar with heavy focus on quality content
• Organization and management of amplification efforts of all content written for our blog and social media
• Help with flow of marketing funnel emails to potential customers, current customers, partners, and inbound marketing sign ups
• Work together with head of Marketing to create and edit blog posts for actimo and our blogger exchange program
• Research then produce long form write ups about the many industries we’re related to: startups, human resources, leadership, employee engagement, internal communication, etc.
• Update and edit existing content with a focus on grammar, structure, skimmibility, and value.
• Assist marketing team with video and webinars in the future.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Execution - must be able to write a ton of content in English
• Experience using Wordpress, plugins, and google drive
• Strong communication and ability to understand systems and processes
• Organizational skills and eagerness to work on multiple projects at once
• Attention to detail and creativity come naturally to you
• Deadline-driven mentality
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn about new industries
• Exhibits personal initiative and independence
• Fluency in English
• Must have an EU work permit

EXTRA POINTS (but not required) IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

• Knowledge of growth hacking skills and tools
• Previous experience with management of social channels
• Experience with content creation and some SEO principles
• Knowledge of tools like buzz sumo, buzzstream, ninja outreach, mailchimp, etc
• Familiarity with wordpress and plugins
• Google drive
• Fluency in Danish (not a requirement)
