Danamica is a Copenhagen based startup building a business intelligence and automated pricing platform for vacation rental agencies. We are still a tiny team but expecting to grow rapidly during the coming years.

We are looking for a junior web developer with Django experience. Your main work will be improving and expanding an already functional data visualization platform built in Django. You need to care about performance, as well as the quality and maintainability of the code so that the platform can easily be adapted to specific customer and country demands.
 
We are care about the user experience so having experience with modern Javascript frameworks and web design is also an advantage. The position is part-time (10-20 hours/week) and is a perfect fit for an IT or computer science student. The position has the potential to become full-time at a later stage.

As we are a small team there will be ample opportunities for also helping out with other development tasks so experiences in other areas are also an advantage. We don’t expect you to know everything but expect eagerness to learn and grow your skillset.

Requirements:
- Proficient in Python and Django
- Proficient in Javascript
- Comfortable in Linux
- Fluent in Danish or English

Experience with the any of the following is an advantage:
- Data visualization
- D3.js or Plotly.js
- Web scraping
- Machine learning
- AWS
