Survey Research Analyst 

The Position:

To provide insights into consumer dynamics. The Research Survey Analyst is expected to have experience in survey project management and research methods. He or she is expected to design and write questionnaires, manage execution, and deliver insights from survey research from the national, regional, or international perspective. 

The position requires a focus on client service, thinking on your feet, having a quantitative mind set, and a strong detail orientation. You will ensure quality, enthusiasm, and accuracy across the project milestones and deliver insights to help the client drive their business forward.

Responsibilities Include:

• Act as survey expert and perform professionally with the mindset that a consumer of a survey could become a consumer of the product

• Support the marketing team in assessing project feasibility and scope

• Write questionnaires that will deliver market insight and shape our requirements to meet the demands of our consumers from Universities, educators, business leaders, experts, and students

• Manage various third-party vendors to execute studies

• Present results to CxO's and/or clients with smooth and edgy presentations

Requirements:

• +1 year  study within a bachelor programme within Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology or a project which the candidate believes to be equivalent.

• Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience, with a primary focus on survey research experience

• Very strong attention to detail in general and especially for checking survey programs and data to ensure accuracy

• Excellent Questionnaire writing skills and Sample Design skills

• Strong analytical skills, including experience with creating insights and recommendations from survey results

• Excellent project management skills; must be able to effectively manage multiple competing projects simultaneously

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Passion for Education and better teaching processes

• Experience with EdTech products
