Who you are:

You are a driven professional with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude, and have a great spirit of initiative, and your past success shows it. In this role, your main responsibility is to build a Sales Development team that steadily fuels our sales team with a predictable amount of highly qualified leads, through outbound reach and inbound qualification. You want to become a leading expert in lead generation and you want to push your boundaries. You’re result driven and we trust that you deliver if not, you’ll be able to understand why and adapt to drive results.

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Initially, while building the team, processes, and methods, you’re prepared to generate own prospects from researching and doing outreaches.
  • Create, improve and optimize repeatable and scalable processes for the Sales Development team in order to generate pipeline and increase new revenue.
  • Establishing a simple, friendly and exciting experience for the prospective customers to learn about and engage with Bannerflow’s solutions.
  • You will hire, train and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives whose role consists of research, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to align goals. You’ll define and maintain systems for tracking and reporting metrics, and are measured on conversion to sales qualified leads.

 

This is for you if:

  • You have the drive and leadership abilities to build a Sales Development team from the ground up.
  • You have 2+ years’ leadership experience in B2B solutions sales and/or sales development, ideally technology sales background.
  • You have an intellectual curiosity with an insane drive and determination.
  • You’re highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented and have the ability to see the big picture as well as deep-dive into the details.
  • You constantly want to exceed your goals and want to challenge yourself.
  • You have a team player attitude. You understand that by yourself you can go faster, but with a team, you can go further.
  • You have superior communication skills.
  • You’re fluent in English, both written and oral.

 

This is not for you if:

  • You’re not willing to proactively generate new pipeline opportunities.
  • You don’t like to take responsibility for your own results.
  • You don’t like to take initiatives and overcome challenges.
  • You truly believe a sales technology-stack solely will be what helps you reach your targets.
  • You don’t enjoy working in a non-prestigious environment.
  • You don’t have a passion for sales.
  • You don’t have tons of energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm.
