We're looking for an Inbound Sales Development Representative with excellent customer empathy. Bannerflow is looking for an energetic, tech-savvy, and creative individual to join our exceptional sales development team to drive huge impact in a fun and exciting company with significant growth potential. The Bannerflow Inbound Sales Development role holds an important position at the top of the sales funnel for the entire company. Inbound Sales Development work closely with inbound prospects to determine how Bannerflow’s solutions can help them best run their businesses. You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across broad geographical areas. The Inbound Sales Development Representative is an excellent position for anyone interested in breaking into the sales or marketing fields.

 

Who you are:

You are full of energy, curious, creative and ready for a role in a fast-paced, SaaS based, tech company. The Sales Development Representative is often our customer’s first experience with Bannerflow so you need to be able to make a great first impression to earn the right to qualify our leads and identify what the appropriate next steps should be. You are extremely organized and are able to effectively manage a high velocity of inbound prospects, and you have a strong ability to advance the conversation. We move fast and love to get shit done. You should be the same!

 

Your main responsibilities:

  • Skillfully build interest and create opportunities with new prospects by articulating the Bannerflow value proposition to decision makers and influencers, and assess buying interest.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and conduct high-level conversations.
  • Respond rapidly to inbound leads through email, chat, and phone.
  • Qualify and maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications, designed to increase interest in Bannerflow’s products.
  • Partner with our experienced Sales Executives to help fill their pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of sales qualified leads and closed business.

  • You’re fluent in English, both written and oral.
  • You have prior inbound sales development experience, or a strong ability and desire to learn.
  • You have previous experience with Salesforce and/or Hubspot (is a plus).
