Subscription business is all about the lifetime connection with your customers. At Upodi our clients also have a subscription. A subscription to Upodi and we are looking for the best talent to maintain this connection – and grow the success of the client. Our Customer Success Managers are responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.

Get to know the role

We are looking for a customer centric personal who loves online communication through Skype, Appear.in or similar. Who is is excited to make an impact on clients. If you join our team, you will be working on some of the most interesting and challenging problems.

With your smiling skills, you will help customers realize the value of Upodi, including:

  • Fulfill onboarding of customers in joint venture with our sales- and tech team.
  • Join sales meetings with customers, to educate customers on the value of the platform (demo) and engage their various roles and contacts.
  • Maintain the deployment roadmap (Upodi Customer Success PlanTM) per customer. And move customers along this roadmap.
  • Establish, record and share customer best practices.
  • Provide technical and product support.
  • Extract feature demands and requirements, and report these back to our DevOps team.
  • Maintain and solve support ticket requests and be the active support channel of a client.
  • Work and details customer value and business case with our marketing team for reference building.
  • Provide input or drive content for online self-service.
