As Relationship Manager at Globuzzer you will act as the first contact point for our users and you will ensure that users satisfaction and network growth are maintained day in – day out.
Key Responsibilities
Act as user’s key contact point for assigned section/s.
Master existing standard operating procedures and keep them as live documents under continues development.
Update daily, weekly and monthly scorecards and reports to track assigned section/s performance.
Write relevant materials and articles as per Globuzzer strategy and user needs.
Actively contributes in Globuzzer expansion within different social media channels.
Work as part of a team, but with plenty of opportunity to take responsibility on an individual level
Job Requirements
A bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled student) in relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
Understanding the basics of Project Management and Customer Service
Customer service experience is a plus
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Excellent communication skill in English
Fluency in Norwegian is a plus
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Feels comfortable working in fast paced environment
Is flexible and can handle pressure
