Oslo House of Innovation - OHOI - is a coworking and event space in the heart of Oslo. We house a variety of startups in different industries, partners and investors. We make startup investments happen through our Angel Challenge programs, Startup Extreme (a startup conferencival), and through introductions in our network. Come join us at OHOI!

We are looking for a service minded person that gladly contributes with tasks that need to be done to help take care of the daily operations of the house. You will get a great understanding of what it takes to run a coworking and event space, operational competence, and get to be part of building a stronger community at OHOI.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• IT systems: onboard new members into IT systems (access, meeting room booking, CRM, guest list etc.)
• Supplies: order and fill up (coffee, printer supplies, cups, plates etc.)
• House operations: coworking house tours, handle member inquiries, follow up cleaning company, make sure kitchens and common areas are tidy during day-time, mediating between landlord and members etc. 
• Event coordination: follow up event space leads, book catering, organize events
• Marketing: Social Media updates on Facebook, newsletter etc. 

Qualifications & Qualities we look for in a candidate: 

• Service-minded (client first), positive and outgoing
• Clear interest in entrepreneurship and the Norwegian startup ecosystem
• Great spoken and written communicator in English. It is a plus if you speak Norwegian, but it is not required
• Proven track-record as an independent and responsible doer through prior experience 
• Comfortable with a variety of responsibilities
• Some experience with marketing / social media
• Available during office hours, Monday-Friday (08-16)
