Future Dialog is a startup based in both Helsinki and Lviv (Ukraine). Our roots are in people engagement and we are on a mission to bring people to the core of community development. Cities and municipalities fail to engage their stakeholders in the decision making and service development with traditional tools. We will change that with our innovative mobile engagement platform allowing our customer to collect real time data from their stakeholders and the end users to participate with a gamified and attractive solution.

We have collected a strong market validation from Finnish cities. Our solutions (delivered as SaaS) are used by cities and municipalities such as Oulu, Lahti and Joensuu to mention a few. We are now ready to accelerate towards international market place. To make that happen, we are looking for new talents.

We are now looking for a hungry and talented Sales Manager to join our team in Helsinki.

As a Sales Manager, you are expected to actively bring new sales to Future Dialog. You are motivated by closing deals and spreading the news around our solution. You know how to get the best out of our sales funnel, network, partnerships and marketing automation. You are a natural performer and can win people´s trust. Our customer´s success is your natural priority.

What are we looking for?

• Strong motivation and attitude for driving sales
• International mindset, a competitive nature with a positive attitude and desire to win
• Prior experience of successful B2B sales, experience with SaaS sales considered a plus
• Knowledge of utilizing modern day marketing automation tools
• Finnish native level, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, other languages, especially Swedish a benefit
