We are looking for a highly energetic person to join our international marketing team. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where self-motivation and a target driven mindset are essential. This is a key role in e-commerce, and as a brand ambassador for Outso you will passionately drive the brand to meet our goals. We are a growing fashion business and you are a creative thinker with the confidence to express your ideas. Our headquarters is located in Malmö, as well as the position (although this may be negotiable). 

Job Description

Outso is in the beginning of the journey towards setting up our B2C brand. You will be an essential part of our team and will be assisting in the development and implementation of its e-commerce website and customer relationship management. You will have the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience as you work closely with the team on content development, SEO strategies, and social media management.

• Working closely with our in-house team and third party providers on web projects, improvements and updates
• Create engaging product content to load onto our online selling platform, reflecting key seasonal trends and tailored to our demographic.
• Merchandising the site in line with best-selling lines, strategic promotional offers, seasonal trends and marketing messaging
• Weekly content and homepage updates to blog and key marketing locations on website.
• Staying abreast of e-commerce trends and best practice industry guidelines.
• Responsible for all site content, ensuring it is up to date, refreshed constantly and relevant.
• Report on web sales and behaviour and use analysis to drive improvements
• Ongoing analysis using google analytics: presenting weekly report to team in trade meetings, reviewing performance of campaigns/launches etc, performing ad-hoc analysis

Digital Marketing

• Planning, building and sending weekly marketing emails
• Managing, optimising and developing automated email campaigns
• Managing on-site SEO strategy, working alongside our SEO agency, to identify opportunities and improvements to increase traffic.

The ideal candidate for this role has a marketing background with a strong interest in fashion and social media, such as Instagram. We value great communication skills, and an intern who is willing to take on the challenge of ensuring branding consistency across all media platforms. 

Skills

• Education or background in e-commerce, marketing, or social media
• Self-motivated, self-starter, able to execute in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Strong fundamental internet marketing skills across multiple channels
• Experience with web analytics is strongly preferred
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills are a must
• Team player mentality
• Basic web development skills and graphic design is a plus, but not required

Important Lingo

• This is a full-time internship with 40 hours per week, with the opportunity to be recruited for a full-time position after the internship
