Inbound Marketing Manager

As our new Inbound Marketing Manager you will be a part of a small marketing team, where your main responsibilities will be to take charge of developing and executing new campaigns from a number of channels, maintaining all our marketing automation, as well as managing key conversions and content on our website.You will be reporting to and working directly with the Head of Growth Marketing and the CEO.

Responsibilities include:

Campaigns and analysis:

  • Managing and optimizing campaigns on a number of (paid) marketing channels incl: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google Adwords.
  • Building and implementing new demand driven campaigns that attract prospects and convert leads.
  • Managing and optimizing our marketing follow up campaigns.
  • Tracking and improving the efficiency of the marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Managing key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.

Marketing operations:

  • Assisting with technical setup and maintenance in the CRM including email automation and workflow setups.
  • Managing and updating content on website.
  • Working closely with the Content Marketing Manager on setting up, sending out and managing the Duuoo Academy.
  • Reporting on marketing metrics

Who you are:

  • Min. 2+ years of experience within marketing and paid advertising.
  • In-depth knowledge of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search, retargeting, social media advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google, and more).
  • Good well rounded experience of working in CMS's. But also a basic understanding of CSS and HTML.
  • Ability and experience in working with Hubspot CRM.
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and reporting on results.
  • Strong abilities in analytics and a deep understanding of web-related behaviors and trends and ability to optimize for these.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
