Smart Plants works within IoT, cloud computing, machine learning and industrial IT, but most importantly we enable our customers to make the most of their factories, machines and physical facilities by plugging them into the Smart Plants platform. Building a solid and successful sales function is a high priority for us to achieve our goals. Our products have proven value, now we are looking for someone with the drive and power to tell the larger market.


We are looking for someone with the knowledge to build a world class sales function. You will build, lead and motivate a team of enthusiastic sales representatives. You will strongly influence how we market our products. You will manage large partner agreements.  And you know you have succeeded when you continually bring in new business.  

 

Role requirements: 

  • Successful sales management track record (build funnel and follow through). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience 
  • Motivational leader with organisational, interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Ability to build a high performing sales team and build a strong team culture
  • Ability to hire and train new team members

 

Personal skills:

  • Structured and self-driven solution seeker, with excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Solid understanding and network within industrial IT sector. Network among potential clients in Europe is a plus
  • Must be able to thrive in a very fast paced environment
  • Ready to travel to open sales opportunities. Can live anywhere, as long as it´s close to a larger airport in Europe.
