TOD is an English language, digital media engagement website. We are focusing on stories and cases often complex structured and underreported in the mainstream media. We have a diverse team in the newsroom to reach different parts of the community in Oslo and beyond the borders of Norway. We will be opening up a public space for migrant voices, newly arrived or long staying. Constructive journalism is our core approach. We are developing milestones on the business plan, searching collaborators.

We are looking for someone to collaborate with us or becoming part of our core team, on helping us build our website with functions inspired by edtech solutions and giving our readers a new experience. Experience in UX designing and backend development is highly welcome. If you know a bit of data journalism, that is also welcome.
