Our new Frontend Developer Intern will help us in both launching our new web store and selling our brand and exclusive products online. That’s why we are looking for a hard working team player, agile evangelist, and of course someone who sees him or herself as a part of a fast-moving startup. If you manage to prove your talents we would like to offer you a permanent position.

What

Vild is a Nordic premium brand targeting women who wants only the very best and safest products for their new-borns. Our first range of products are already in the market, but we need to keep up the pace, launch our web store, finetune it, optimize and measure on all relevant metrics. We want you to assist on the technical side of this endeavor.

We are a cross-functional team with years of experience from management consulting, advertising, concept development, and online and retail marketing. We believe that our new Frontend Developer Intern should grow his or her skills by taking ownership of our digital success.

You

You are a fast learner and eager to develop your talent.

And no matter what, you can:

• implement attractive, functional and standards-compliant user interfaces
• design with HTML and CSS for responsive browser UIs
• use Javascript to complement your unique style
• translate detailed designs into beautiful user interfaces with your eyes closed

Your profile will stand out if you are:

• knowledgeable of the theory on user interfaces, typography, chromatics, visualisation
• knowledgeable of modern browser technologies or eager to learn them
• interested in related topics, e.g., prototyping, participatory design
• studying web design, digital media, software development, computer science, or a related topic
• familiar with Wordpress and WooCommerce

Any experience with online retailing is a plus.
