Your tasks

• You are in charge of all HR related topics in our Swedish office with an emphasis on the development of the local teams

• You advise and support executives regarding all HR matters and act competent, trustworthy, discreet as well as reliable

• You take on responsibility for the local roll-out of international HR projects

• You ensure that all team members have all the necessities to work efficiently and happily

• You actively support in creating a good atmosphere, ranging from office interior to team building activities and events

Your Profile

• Relevant degree in business, social sciences, ideally with a focus on HR or equivalent practical experience

• You have made first experiences in recruiting and/or human resource management

• Activities outside your academic background show us that you are ready to take over responsibility and drive the international development of our company

• You are fluent in Swedish and English

• Your work style is proactive, you are committed, team oriented and follow an accurate and structured way of thinking

• You are highly motivated, assertive and passionate about achieving your goals
