As a product designer you will take lead on our design efforts from A-Z. We’re looking for someone crazy creative as well as experienced in digging into data, thinking out user scenarios and hypotheses, understanding and uncovering UX factors, building prototypes, launching user tests and laying the final touch, bringing the feature to pixel perfection and oversee implementation with your fellow developers. …And yes, you need to be somewhat of a unicorn.
With Twinbody you will…
- Lead the overall visual design and rebranding of Twinbody as a social female health brand.
- Identify and drive key growth and UX initiatives to optimize the users lifecycle. You will work on easing the users onboarding and getting them connected with one another better, faster and more genuine than any other health app.
- Drive projects from A-Z by formulating sound test hypotheses, conduct user research, mockup your ideas and collect feedback from our team, iterate, design the UI and work with our developers to build the idea, test it and launch it to perfection.
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to find opportunities to improve our product.
- Assist the rest of the team with ad-hoc design tasks such as social media, marketing and investor content and presentations alongside freelance design assistance.
You already:
- Are obsessed with details yet able to zoom out whenever to see the whole picture.
- Have experience designing mobile apps, digital products and systems. You already have experience shipping products.
- Are not too precious about your work and welcome constructive feedback – we work as a team.
- Have flawless verbal and written communication skills in English.
- You both have a strong opinion about design and at the same time able to adjust your preferences to data. You clearly stand your ground when others are speaking gut and you are speaking data.
- Pick up tools fast, and are able to adapt your tools specifically to the project you’re on.
- Are able to communicate with people with different skill sets.
- Self-driven, take ownership and have the ability to manage your own projects, but also play well in a team.
- Can prove the above with a portfolio rich with case studies that highlight UX research, iterations of wireframes, and impeccable, pixel-perfect UI’s.
