Mono Solutions is looking for a positive and organized Office Coordinator to join our team in Copenhagen.
You will join our dynamic and rapidly growing software company serving thousands of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with our world-leading online presence platform (30+ markets – mainly Europe and North America).
As the Office Coordinator, you will play an active role in ensuring a smooth work day for the entire company.
ABOUT THE JOB
In this newly created position, you will play a central role in helping with the practical tasks. You will become part of a rapidly growing company with colleagues from more than 13 nationalities and a dynamic work environment.
The position is a full-time job and you should be one of the first in the office, ideally no later than 8 am, to welcome your colleagues to a fresh start of a new day.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for ensuring that the office is always presentable, and overall responsible for everything related to our office facilities.
Your day will start with practical tasks, such as making coffee, preparing breakfast/fruit and emptying the dishwasher, checking mail and post. For lunch, you need to coordinate the delivery and set-up the buffet, as well as clean up afterwards.
