As a Senior Digital Designer you will play a key role in the Design Team. You will work closely with both the Product Management Team and the Development Team on a daily basis. You will also work together with our partners around the world to help create best-in-class website designs and efficient processes based on our intelligent template system.

Mono Solutions is looking for a talented and passionate Senior Digital Designer to join our team in Copenhagen.

You will join our dynamic and rapidly growing software company serving thousands of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with our world-leading online presence platform (30+ markets – mainly Europe and North America).

As a Senior Digital Designer, you will play a key role in the Design Team. You will work closely with both the Product Management Team and the Development Team on a daily basis. You will also work together with our partners around the world to help create best-in-class website designs and efficient processes based on our intelligent template system.

ABOUT THE JOB

Together with the Mono Design Team, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining our intelligent template systems. You will both be involved in the conceptual development of the templates, and be hands-on in the actual form-giving and design process.

This is a senior position, so we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 6-8 years of proven, relevant and hands-on working experience within conceptual online product design and website designs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Development of new features, concepts and design systems for our intelligent template systems, in collaboration with our Product Management team and our partners around the world

Maintaining and updating these solutions, so that they stay up-to-date with current market needs and ahead of the curve in benchmark with competing platforms

WHAT WE EXPECT

• You have higher education degree in Design or UX/UI
• You have proven and relevant working experience
• You have previously worked with conceptual digital design solutions
• You have a deep understanding of online media
• You can understand and grasp complex design systems
• You understand different business models and can convert them into efficient design systems
• You have basic knowledge of of HTML5, CSS and responsive design
• You have solid English written and verbal communication skills
• You can teach a design workshop in English for our partners
• You are outgoing and good with people (you will be working closely with team members from many different nationalities) 
• You have a “can-do” attitude
• You are a team player, but can take the lead on conceptual tasks
• You are constantly inspired by new interactions
• You know how to communicate your ideas in order to ensure a successful outcome
• You are able to travel to workshops for our partners in Europe and North America
