After successfully releasing our web app in 2017 we are expanding our in-house technical and developer resources in 2018 to build out our product portfolio, start mobile development, and implement a strong cross-platform roadmap based on popular open technologies.

Take a leading role in the team developing our user-facing interfaces for our web app, mobile app, and marketing website. Work closely with the Correlate Tech Lead, designers, and our external development partners to deliver scalable new usability and new functionality. While it’s not all fun and games, it’s pretty close.

Key responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of the Correlate marketing website, web app, and mobile app
  
• Lead the rapid prototype development and testing 
• Take an active role in creating front-end code documentation and specifications
• Work with internal and external resources for front end QA & testing 
• Implement and maintain systems for A/B user experience testing
• Participate in overall stack improvements with respect to its business and technical needs
• Stay on top of trends and solutions that could add value to our technical strategy

Qualifications 

• Minimum of 3 years experience working professionally in front-end development 
  
• Proficiency and interest in open web standards HTML5, CSS3, ECMAscript6  
• Proficiency with cross platform front-end JS frameworks such as React, Angular or similar
• Professional experience with JavaScript software stacks including MEAN or similar 
• Comfort working with workflow tools including JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub
• Comfort working with website tools Wordpress, Kissmetrics, intercom, Hotjar or similar 
• Experience working professionally in an agile development processes
• Crazy enough to take on a startup challenge and excel with a “figure it out” attitude
