We are looking for an dynamic, creative and responsible sales person to join our team. We already have a large network and a big customer base with a distribution network in place that are waiting for a good opportunity to be expand upon. Some of Norways finest chefs are already using our products.

The Job:

  • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
  • Visiting potential customers for new business
  • Creating and maintaining CRM
  • Making accurate, rapid cost calculations
  • Providing customers with quotations
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
  • Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office
  • Reviewing your own sales performance, against targets as you gain experience
  • Gathering market and customer information
  • Providing feedback on future buying trends
  • Representing your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with your company's managers
  • Be part of a creative sales team aiming to scale a new business

 

 

Requirements:

  • Previous sales and or marketing experience required
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and/or English
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • A wish to work with a unique commodity with a lot potential
  • Respect and appreciation for nature
  • Interest in food and suistanability
