We have a background from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm School of Economics, Cisco and Ericsson.Every day we try to learn something new and we believe learning to be a strong source of motivation. With that in mind, our team is constantly improving and together we are always trying to outshine ourselves.The cultureWe believe that every team member should feel that they have mandate to make own decisions.  Keeping a flat structure allow us to include everyone in the design process and increase our sense of ownership. Decisions are transparent, feedback is a gift and so is a compliment.While we do have fun while we work, we also remember to take time off to have some fun together doing some activities or just hanging out; getting to know each other better.Our office and the incubatorAnchr is a member of the incubator SSE Business Lab. Our modern and comfy office is located close to the subway station Tekniska Högskolan, just around the corner from awesome bars, restaurants, gyms and plenty of commuting options. Free coffee is always brewing and ready at the lobby and every Thursday there is free breakfast as well.
