We are a newly established company that offers a wide range of solution for optimizing energy consumption. We provide firms with precise and reliable data measurements compared to market alternatives. In short, our products reveals potential cost savings for companies, and as such it helps create an energy efficient environment along with other electrical mapping utilities.

We have recently signed an agreement with Egedal Kommune and we will start working on new pilot project that revolves around our products. The outcome of this joint project is to document the 2020 energy savings EU goals.Thus we need a person that can help us with this project.

We are looking for a communication manager to act as the first point of contact with our collaborators from Egedal kommune, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction. If you enjoy coming up with effective solutions and working toward achieving goals, this job is right for you. You will use your communication skills to identify and address clients’ needs while representing our company in a positive way. Previous customer service experience will be an advantage. 

Ultimately, you will project manage our part of the Egedal awareness campaign. 

Responsibilities: 

• Gather information on Egedal’s kommunes needs and stay in permanent contact with them in order to understand their requirements and work on a plan;
• Ensure prompt and accurate answers to clients’ queries;
• Build strong client relationships, through regular communication;
• Coordinate with NordicWatts ApS. CEO and Account Manager to create customized execution plan for our cooperation;

Requirements:

• Availability minimum 25 hours per week;
• Understanding of project management principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience;
• Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships;
• Effective presentation and negotiation skills;
• High degree of professionalism;
• Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude;
• BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing, communication or relevant field (not mandatory).
