Do you have these characteristics?

• A profound hunger for growth. Do you have an eagerness to get your hands dirty? Are you close-to-obsessive about experimenting with new stuff?
• Excellent social skills. Can you make yourself be understood by geeks and board members as well? Can you sell your ideas confidently and effectively?
• Entrepreneurial mindset. Can you start and finish new initiatives without someone having to constantly micro-manage you?
• True team player. Nobody likes a-holes, right? We have zero tolerance for that.
• Humility and honesty. Can you openly admit it when you don't know? If, or when you screw up, will you openly admit it? And learn from it and get back in the game even fiercer than before?

Do you have skills like these?

• 2+ years experience in paid performance marketing. Facebook and Paid Search especially - anything more is cool
• Hands-on experience in Google Analytics & Tag Manager. You eat analytics for breakfast and have already developed some source criticism and understanding of correlation vs causality
• Excellent written Finnish and English. Any other language on top of these is cool. But no matter what the language, it's essential to know how to write compelling and easy-to-read content. Sometimes short
