Since its founding in 2014 Hefio has been developing headphone technology that delivers individually optimized audio for those who want to experience sound as it is in reality. Our office is located in Otaniemi (Otakaari 5), Espoo. We offer to join our multinational growing team as a Management Assistant Intern.

Duration: min. 5 months (with a possibility to continue afterwards)

Type: full-time/part-time (can be agreed)

As a Management Assistant Intern you will provide administrative support to Hefio's management. You will be working directly with our CEO. 

Some examples of tasks:

• Assisting with expense claims and other bureaucracy matters
• Assisting in filling various applications (for example, funding applications)
• Assisting in business development: creating long-lists of potential partners, managing company's CRM, etc. 
• HR and office management tasks: for example, you could be responsible for creating Hefio employer brand and nice office environment

Your tasks can be tailored according to mutual needs and goals. 

You should be:

• Dreaming to work at a startup company
• (Ideally) a business student/recent graduate of University of Applied Sciences (tradenomi, AMK) or equivalent
• Fluent in English, Finnish is a plus
• Attentive to details
• Very organized and with a desire to organize everything around you
• Independent 
• Positive :)
