We recently launched a powerful productivity tool, which already has paying users and whose numbers are growing daily. Pinstriped enables you to have shorter and more focused meetings. We make it easy for the person calling the meeting to take ownership, prepare an agenda and ensure the meeting is decision-focused, instead of discussion-focused.

We're looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to help us improve and further develop Pinstriped, making it the best meeting tool in the market.

About you: 

- Dislike unfocused meetings and wasted time 

- Enjoy finding solutions to complex UX challenges 

- Self-motivated 

- Communicating with people 8 hours ahead of/behind your timezone is not a problem 

- Patient 

- A Mac user 

- Can dedicate 10-20 hours a week 

- Work in Sketch

Challenges we have: 

- Being a distributed team of 16 people in various timezones working part-time isn’t easy, so anyone on our team has to be a clear communicator and able to work independently. 

- There is a roadmap for the next 3 months with important features which will potentially bring us many more users and better user retention, but we need more brainpower to make that happen.
