Join our exciting journey at Famly! Famly is a tech startup in the heart of Copenhagen. We make the daily lives of teachers, managers and parents much easier, by helping them organise and coordinate the many time-consuming tasks involved in running a successful preschool or nursery.
Famly has been in the market for 4 years and is used by tens of thousands of parents every day in Denmark, Germany, US and the UK. We have received investments from prominent angel investors such as Klaus Nyengaard (Just Eat), Christian Birk (Endomondo), Alexander Aghassipour & Morten Primdahl (Zendesk), and Peter and Susanne Gjørup (Top Toy). We’re based in central Copenhagen and have recently attracted larger German customers, that’s why we are in need of a talented, service-minded Customer Success/Customer Support specialist.
