We are looking for an Android developer to join our team in Copenhagen. We’re a digital product studio focusing on web and app development. We spot and develop new products aiming to create innovation in different industries, with technology at the core. We partner with industry-specialists and ambitious entrepreneurs. And we help established companies think and develop like startups to create new opportunities.

We love to explore new technologies and combine them in the best possible way, with the requests of our clients. But we believe that to build a true native Android experience in React Native, we need a developer with knowledge anchored in the Android eco-system. That way we can create solutions that has a shared codebase, feel native to the platform and for our clients to easily maintain and further develop in the future.

As a part of Rise Digital you will contribute in several ways. We are a diverse mix of people with different strengths and weaknesses. We don’t expect you to cover everything, but you are characterised by some of the following qualities:

• You have already developed apps for Android
• You love apps, devices and challenges

We use tools like Fastlane, Segment, Node.js, Heroku and GitHub. We are always looking for new tools and practices to improve our work. Our goal is to be agile and deliver projects and products without too much overhead in management or paperwork, while delivering some of the best solutions in the field. 

We are a team of twenty developers, designers, product owners and business people. You will work closely with our iOS and React Native developers, to make sure that the experiences we build on Android are always as good as - or better than - on the other platforms.
