What we’re looking for:

We are on the hunt for a brilliant new addition to our exceptional team. Our new CFO needs to have an extraordinary and diverse skill set in all aspects of corporate finance, a driven ambition to make their impact in a young but lightning paced and high revenue company, with a work ethic that will go above and beyond to succeed in every venture.

As our new CFO you will take full responsibility for all aspects of the company’s strategic financial performance.

Your main tasks will be:

• Present and report accurate and timely historical financial information;

• Manage financial controls and accounting procedures;

• Creating budgets and financial forecasts;

• Identify and report the company’s financial future;

• Monitoring financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances;

• Strategic planning and execution;

• Develop financial strategies by forecasting capital, loan facilities, and staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans and maintain loan governance;

• Taking on a leadership role in financial decision-making that affects our company, and will provide strategic financial input to CEO and Board of Directors.

Desired Qualifications:

The candidate chief financial officer should have a master's degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent business experience and minimum 4 years of progressively responsible experience for a company or division of a large corporation. Should have experience in working with an executive team and have a high level of written and oral communication skills.

• Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or similar high level relevant role;

• Preferably with experience from a listed company;

• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices and corporate governance;

• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods;

• Proficient in the use of financial management software (E-conomic + next level);

• Ability to strategize and solve problems;

• Strong leadership and organizational skills;

• Excellent communication and people skills;

• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
