Reach provides personalised, digital self-care programmes for general muscle / joint pain and injuries. We are looking for a Chief Health Officer to join the leadership team . We are currently 3 co-founders (CEO, CPO, CTO), we have investment and we plan to launch our beta in 2-3 months. See our company profile for what we believe and our vision.

The CHO is a pivotal role for the business and will be a cornerstone of the leadership team as well as building a Health team around her/him.

We have created a professional setup with a very experienced team and investment, so we can move quickly.

As we are building something new it is as much about the person and how they connect with what we are doing, as it is about a set experience and skill-set.

We see the following as a good fit to what is needed and the key activities you will work on:

• Physiotherapist or sports medicine doctor
• Specialised in sports medicine or musculoskeletal medicine
• Preferred treatment route is exercise based and hands-off, rather than massage or physical manipulation
• Evidence-based and data driven, so you naturally want to take a data and learning approach, and can take a joint-lead role in algorithm work
• Nice to have: performance coaching expertise with a broad range of recovery exercises, especially when customers move into a strengthening phase
• You will work closely with the CEO on legislation
• A good understanding of how the medical industry works, and research within the space
• Most likely full-time
