We are currently seeking Norwegian Language Advisers to help advise our clients in achieving international success through smarter language solutions. Our ideal candidate is passionate about sales, service-minded, and a team-player.

 Your responsibilities:

• Engage with client stakeholders to assess their translation needs and deliver customised solutions [from our product portfolio] to their satisfaction.
• Take an active role alongside your colleagues in helping identify new business opportunities and develop an account strategy for your market.
• Manage account pipeline in Pipedrive.
• On-board client stakeholders through our platform.

Your Profile

• You’re fluent in Norwegian (native level) with a strong comprehension of English.
• You’re highly sales-oriented with at least 1 year B2B sales or support experience.
• You’re a born salesperson, driven to close the next big order.
• You find success in building and maintaining a close and constructive relationship with your clients.
• You’re outgoing, with strong communication skills.
• You’re a team-player, have a can-do attitude, and think in solutions rather than problems.
• You’re tech savvy.
• You take responsibility for your work, and ensure the job gets done.
