We’re building a global AI-powered high-end designer platform, and we’re looking for a new member to join our international team to help matching the right design talent for corporate clients in Europe and Asia.

You are excellent with excels, understand how to search people fast and efficiently with open web data, and have knowledge of lead generation or talent sourcing and relevant technical tools. The role is a flexible part-time arrangement first, aiming to be a full-time hire a bit later.

- Using different data searching methods (e.g. Boolean search)
- Using and finding new technical tools to optimize the talent sourcing process
- Matching the right talent criteria to the client specifications
- Data management

- Relevant experience in talent sourcing or lead generation methods and tools
