Dixa is an online customer service platform that enables businesses to run their phone system, emails and live chat in a browser window. We believe the future of customer service is a strong bond between companies and their customers – much like the connection between friends. Powered by the human and artificial intelligence, customer service can finally be friendly, proactive, instant and channel neutral.
We're one of the fastest growing startups in Denmark, and we're looking for someone to make our marketing efforts much smarter. That means making sure we're targeting the right people, analyzing our website visitors' and our users' behavior, getting us the best price in real time auctions and a lot of other stuff that's all related to one thing: Data.
It's a full-time position at our office in Copenhagen, and we'd rather hire someone with talent and great capacity for learning than someone who claims to be able to do everything we'll ask of you from the start. That means we'll invest in you, and that you'll have a lot of influence on how we do things.
