Dixa is an online customer service platform that enables businesses to run their phone system, emails and live chat in a browser window. We're one of the fastest growing startups in Denmark, and we're looking for someone to make our marketing efforts much smarter. That means making sure we're targeting the right people, analyzing our website visitors' and our users' behavior, getting us the best price in real time auctions and a lot of other stuff that's all related to one thing: Data.

It's a full-time position at our office in Copenhagen, and we'd rather hire someone with talent and great capacity for learning than someone who claims to be able to do everything we'll ask of you from the start. That means we'll invest in you, and that you'll have a lot of influence on how we do things.

You are (probably)

  • Highly analytical
  • Pretty damn good with numbers, spreadsheets and data management
  • Able to stay focused on a single task for a day at a time
  • A fast learner
  • Tech savvy, quick to pick up new systems
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken (we speak English at the office)
  • Naturally curious
  • Able to see things from others' perspective, especially our customers and their customers


The position

We don't expect you to be able to do all of these from the start, but with training and practice you should grow into these tasks:

  • Make our email automation flows continually smarter
  • Prospecting and data enrichment (essentially working with data enrichers to find good leads for us to contact all over the world)
  • Web analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Marketing and sales analytics (keeping tracking of our funnels, conversion and sales metrics and user behavior)
  • Paid media; optimization of real time auctions that run all over the world 24/7 (incl. Google AdWords)
  • Oversight of lead scoring & qualification model and systems
  • Reporting for management on all the activities mentioned above

As we grow and hire more people, we expect you to specialize further. And you'll have a lot of influence on the direction.
