Mad About Copenhagen is a startup based in Villa Kultur. In 2014, we set out to create the food guide to Copenhagen that we thought was missing. Over the years, it grew and so did we. Today, we work on several projects that focus on telling the stories of the food, people and places that make Copenhagen so delicious. We’ve recently launched Explore, our foodie concierge service; we are writing a book; we do consultancy work for other mad companies, and we don’t plan to stop there!

We’re seeking a badass project intern to start early 2018

If your heart beats faster when you hear “carbonara”, and you’re the kind of person who spends every waking hour thinking about, making or eating food, then keep reading - this might be something for you.

The job

The scope is broad. Depending on your interests and skill set, you could work with photography, social media and writing, product development and marketing, or account management and public relations.

Who are you?

• We don’t require anything from you in terms of academic achievement or professional experience, but we do expect you to be slightly mad, a little bit talented and keen as fuck.
• You should be able to speak and write comprehensible English. Danish language skills are wonderful, but not required. 
• It goes without saying that you’re interested in food and want to immerse yourself in Copenhagen’s food scene.

Perks

Your day to day will be spent in the magical Villa Kultur - an old family home that has recently be transformed into a co-working space for cultural startups. In the villa, we eat lunch together, collaborate on various projects, and drink beers every Friday.

Duration: 4 - 6 months

Where: Villa Kultur, Krausesvej 3, 2100 København Ø

Commitment: Full time, but possibility for part time

Salary: Unpaid, but includes lunch made by Foodoir, Tuesday - Thursday
