We are currently seeking a Product Manager to join our growing Product Management team and help us develop our online platform which already serves thousands of clients, in multiple languages, across more than a dozen markets. We are looking for you to join our team as a key player in the development of our platform; as such, you will be assisting in the building of products from existing ideas, and critical to the development of new ideas, based on your previous experiences and with input from other internal stakeholders and key customers.

Your responsibilities:

• Work with multiple stakeholders, balance customer and business needs, and ensure issues are debated and decided on.
• Document project and product requirements to support technical development of our translation and interpretation platform.
• Prioritise and moderate suggestions and new product ideas. 
• Support web app development and innovative platform solutions for our interpretation clients.

Your profile:

• You have a professional background with one or more years' experience within an IT-related discipline. You may have worked in business development, support, customer success, or another similar role.
• You are flexible and you like questioning existing concepts, you constantly strive to innovate.
• You have a technical background with user experience insights.
• You can easily juggle between high-level concepts and low-level details.
• You work comfortably independently while communicating with many different stakeholders.
• You are fluent in English—both written and spoken, as it is our corporate language.
