The Baash is the leading hub for female entrepreneurs in Sweden. We thrive to empower, inspire and celebrate each other in the community through monthly talks and networking events showcasing female-led startups, as well as masterclasses. Through a broad network of entrepreneurs, partners, mentors and investors, The Baash community gives female entrepreneurs a chance to get more visibility, credibility and support in the Swedish startup ecosystem.

The Social Media intern takes care of our online social community to engage our membership, extend brand awareness, and drive more people to our social media channels and website as well as events. The intern will report to the CEO and work closely with the PR manager. Together they manage and grow the social communities on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin, including writing copy, pulling/editing images and videos, reporting analytics, and planning the strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating, copy writing and managing content for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin

Generate ideas for social media, such as current trends, popular social media platforms, promotions/contests, etc.

Tracking social media analytics, making suggestions for improvement

Pulling images for social media posts, editing images with photoshop or other editing software according to our brand guidelines

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Dynamic and willing to get things done 

Problem-solver

Passion and focus on social media for marketing

Experience in basic Photoshop

Interest in working with startups/entrepreneurship

Interest in working with startups/entrepreneurship

Web/tech savvy, proficient in Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram

Good eye for creative

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Fluent in English (preferably bilingual English/Swedish)
