We are currently looking for a Tech Lead who can take on various tech roles including leading local and global development teams in South East Asia from Norway. The role of Tech Lead will be establishing the technical vision together with the customer and the development team and works with the team to turn ideas into reality. Along the way, the Tech Lead will take on roles such as a Team Lead, Architect or Software Engineering Manager as well as being hands-on with code on different projects.

Role Requirements:

Architecture development adapted to client environment

Interface between development team and customer

Run agile development process

Quality delivery focus – on time as agreed

Flexibility to work under different work environment settings

Maintaining a productive working environment for development teams.

Own the Responsibility of the overall sprint or iteration outcome

Use project’s best practices and coding standards

Participate as a tech lead in analysis work – before implementation

Understand quality code, set an example of quality in front of the team members

Background Requirements:

Master degree in computer science – from NTNU or equivalent

At least 2 years working experience from relevant roles

Can refer to top performing result
