Ardoq is seeking a Customer Success Manager as part of our next growth phase. As a company, we offer our customers a better way to plan and advance their digitalization processes, reducing cost and ensuring regulatory compliance. Our platform is an easy-to-use, cloud based collaboration platform for mapping complex setups - typically including our customer's digital landscapes and business processes. Today, few companies have this overview, and with rapid digitalization underway, many companies are navigating "blindfolded" if they don't have these insights about their current setup.


As an Ardoq Customer Success Manager you will be responsible to own our client relationships and take an end-to-end responsibility for ensuring their successful application of Ardoq. You will be responsible for customer onboarding, stakeholder management, training, commercial discussions and become a trusted advisor on how to utilize Ardoq as an enabler for strategic capabilities.

You will be working closely with sales, marketing and product management. Listening to our customers is critical to develop our platform to deliver maximum value, and you will be the internal voice of our customers. As a Customer Success Manager you should be self-motivated, take end-to-end responsibility, and first and foremost be passionate about helping our customers succeed!

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager, Management Consultant or similar
  • Experience in project management, and the ability to conduct customer onboarding and training in our platform
  • Ambitious, driven and result oriented
  • Ability to build good customer relationships and lay the foundation for success
  • Familiarity working with clients of all sizes, and across the organization from junior to C-level
  • Strong team player but still a self-starter
  • Strong English language skills
  • Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
  • Enthusiasm and passion for helping to build a growing tech startup


Responsibilities

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: customer onboarding, customer training, continuous stakeholder management, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and most important of all: making sure the customer is happy
  • Become an Ardoq product expert so you can be a trusted advisor on product usage and the business context that we support
  • Identify way to expand business relationship with customers. Qualify, develop, negotiate, and close up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work with each customer to define measurable success metrics
  • Rapidly respond to customer questions and concerns
  • Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Coordinate our internal resources to support the customer with a cross competency team when needed

We have built a reference list including industry leaders throughout Scandinavia including: Telia Norway and Skandiabanken as well as partners like Capgemini and PwC. We are also growing our international presence, and recently signed one of the largest oil and gas companies in the world.
