Ardoq is seeking a Customer Success Manager as part of our next growth phase. As a company, we offer our customers a better way to plan and advance their digitalization processes, reducing cost and ensuring regulatory compliance. Our platform is an easy-to-use, cloud based collaboration platform for mapping complex setups - typically including our customer's digital landscapes and business processes. Today, few companies have this overview, and with rapid digitalization underway, many companies are navigating "blindfolded" if they don't have these insights about their current setup.
As an Ardoq Customer Success Manager you will be responsible to own our client relationships and take an end-to-end responsibility for ensuring their successful application of Ardoq. You will be responsible for customer onboarding, stakeholder management, training, commercial discussions and become a trusted advisor on how to utilize Ardoq as an enabler for strategic capabilities.
You will be working closely with sales, marketing and product management. Listening to our customers is critical to develop our platform to deliver maximum value, and you will be the internal voice of our customers. As a Customer Success Manager you should be self-motivated, take end-to-end responsibility, and first and foremost be passionate about helping our customers succeed!
Established in 2013, Ardoq has been growing steadily as we found our product-market fit. In the last 18 months we have grown from 3 to 18 people, primarily development focused, and grown our customer base by 10x.
We have built a reference list including industry leaders throughout Scandinavia including: Telia Norway and Skandiabanken as well as partners like Capgemini and PwC. We are also growing our international presence, and recently signed one of the largest oil and gas companies in the world.
Market changes in the focus on data and insight combined with regulatory requirements for handling data has positioned Ardoq perfectly. This shift has validated our product and approach and we are ready to take on the sales resources necessary to seize this opportunity.
